Competition Day - Saturday 27th May

On competition day, there will be 5 divisions:

• Under 13,
• Under 16,
• Men,
• Women, and
• Veterans (over 40).

All prizes are donated by Nookie. The pumps and hence paddling will comence from 1:30pm and end at 7:00pm. The timing of events is anticipated to be:

• Flatwater events:
  • 3:00pm - 4:00pm - Flatwater Sprint,
  • 3:00pm - 4:00pm - Flatwater Slalom,
  • 3:00pm - 4:00pm - Flatwater Polo.
• Whitewater events:
  • 2:00pm - Downriver Races,
  • 5:30pm - Freestyle competition.

The presentation of prizes will be at 7:00pm

All participants are encouraged to take part in all disciplines as points will be awarded to paddlers according to merit. The more events a paddler takes part in, the greater the number of points that will be accumulated.

Prizes will be awarded for the:

• best individual paddler in each discipline by division;
• best overall paddler in all disciplines by division,
• best club performance,
• club with most registered attendees
