Getting
To The NWW 2006
The
Nene Whitewater centre is situated on the Bedford Rd (A428), at
the Junction of the A45 / A428, about 5 minutes from the M1 junction
15.
- From
the motorway, follow the signs A508 to Wellingborough.
- After
approximately 2 miles, the A508 becomes the A45
(the Centre is signposted at this point). Come off at the junction
of the A428 and follow the signs to Bedford.
- You
will see the Bedford Road weir and the Nene Whitewater
Centre on the right (but you can’t turn in to the Centre
yet).
- You
need to proceed to the next roundabout (Lakeside), double back
on yourself, then turn left in to Rushmills.
- The
access road is at the bottom of the traffic island on the right.
