New for 2016 – heated pond
Following on from the success of the pool sessions we have decided to heat the outdoor pond. Some find it easier to learn how to roll or exit kayaks in a warm water environment so we have installed a modern solar heating system to the pond with an aim to bring the water temperature to a balmy 24oC. The system will be turned on the the day before our first Saturday session and kept on throughout the season.
